Another horizon problem...

So when i download horizon the initial download goes through then after some time of the launcher being unusable a few other misc downloads start that never make progress and eventually go away. When the pack actually launches there are alot of missing textures and now im noticing a gl error. ive done genreal clean up and trouble shooting but now im just out of ideas.

edit ----i can also now confirm that only he horizon pack is doing this and the horizon pack is also not downloading the jar files.

Ok, this is an error I have seen before. The missing textures in the logs are normal. Do you have Optifine installed? If so is it in the mods folder or the instmods folder?

I do not have anything besides the pack itself installed. also i dont know if this is the new norm but there is nothing in my core mods or my jar mods
