Details of the issue:
When I press F3 in game my allocated memory is hovering around 92% out of 5000mbs. That's a lot of memory to be using and I don't know why. My pc is not weak. GTX 980, I5 3.2GHZ with automatic turbo. 16gbs of ram. I'm running John Smith resource pack, and I just finally got into machines and such. I'm on expert, anyone know what's going on?​

Keep allocated ram around 3-4gb (cap is around 4,5 before it's more bad than good).

Memory usage should go up and down while playing.

If you experience lag or other kinds of bad flow in game play, provide a full log and perhaps something will show there.
