Summary of the problem All the air blocks turned to candles/oil lamps?

What is the bug? I made a skyfactory 3 world on singleplayer the other day and when I opened the world today it was very laggy infact I couldn't move it was so laggy because all the air blocks were replaced with a candle or oil lamp, I can't remember which. There is no one that could've done this as I'm the only person with access to my PC and even if someone got they wouldn't know how to get to skyfactory, so I think it's a bug.
