Agriculture Mod Help

Hello i'm playing FTB Lite 1.1.5 with a friend, the thing is that i looked at a video on youtube and saw that you can get the cinnamon plants and replant them if you break them when they're at stage 1, well i do that but all i get is a single cinammon thing... also you're supposed to precess the cinamon once and then mix it with sugar, well if you put the processed cinamon it will get processed again without the sugar... help please

Edit: also when you try to mix water and flour with a bucket you lose the bucket... not cool
