So I've been trying to figure something about the empowerer. I've watched many youtube videos upon hours & hours and it still hasn't helped me. No matter what I do, I cannot figure it out. This is a screenshot I took, can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? The empowerer won't activate.

First off, that appears to be a clay brick, not an Ardite ingot on the left.

Second off, this process requires over a million RF. You're not going to get that in an appreciable amount of time off of three water mills. You are also apparently powering it with LV, which is going to be another limiting factor, albeit to recharge rate rather than initial kick, assuming all of the power reserves are capped prior to ignition.

Third off, You are using a Relay on the battery, meaning it is not being included in the power cycle. A Relay only permits you to run lines, it does not connect to anything it happens to be sitting on. This is likely a contributing factor as well.

Every display stand is filled with 800,000 RF and the recipe it says for an "Empowered Restonia Crystal" is a clay brick, nether brick, redstone, and rose red. I'm still having issues.

So... Age of Engineering changed this recipe. Did you look in JEI for the recipe? Mine clearly shows that you need the following:
  • Ardite Ingot
  • Red Garnet
  • Resonating Redstone Crystal
  • Rose Red
  • And in the center a Restonia Crystal

No, I didn't. I should have. Thank you, I will try it and I will let you know tomorrow because I'm going to bed.

Yea, AoE significantly changes quite a few recipes. Use JEI. Also note that sometimes they have left notes saying 'this is the only correct recipe, ignore that other one', because they mean it.

That's part of the challenge of AoE. They've tiered items so you can't skip ages.
