Summary of the problem AE2 seed automation not working

What is the bug? When i use a open crate and a interface on it, crafting pure certus quartz doesnt work cause the seed doesnt grow unless I myself drop it, i tried openblocks Item Dropper and it doesnt work. I have a filtered EnderIO Vacuum chest for fully grown seeds so thats not the problem. Thank you in advance. Ill post a picture if you need
Using a formation plane works, but when crafting fluix crystals i get the Redstone dupe bug
