So I have a setup with a dense cable coming from a controller into a p2p tunnel. This tunnel is connected to a glass cable that leads to another tunnel with a dense cable coming out of it. There are 25 devices connected to this output dense cable, however the dense cable only shows 20 channels coming out thus some devices are missing channels. Help?

Don't think its got anything to do with p2p tunnels. you simply havn't connected your devices correctly. Screenshots tho, or we can't help.

Are you sure the divices clearly say "device missing channel"? Keep in mind that some devices, like the molecular assembler, do not use channels.

The monitors showing ingots have channels, the rest dont. The p2p tunnel is on a lower level coming through bottom dense cable where there is a crafting monitor, and the top dense cable is heading upstairs to another crafting monitor. Waila shows the bottom dense cable has only 18 channels coming through it.

Start by eliminating all those loops. The problem could be the channel range mechanic bugging out.

Alright I cut down all those unnecessary dense cables. Also I configured using different coloured cables so that each set of 5 glass cables only has one glass cable touching a dense cable. Neither had any effect.

Yeah, loops are the problem. Top and bottom of the red cable are connected in a loop, and the center monitors on top are connected generating loops on each side. The crafting terminal is also looped, when it only needs one of those three connections.
