AE2 Autocrafting GUI closes when trying to craft with items in certain inventory slot.

Details of the issue Added mods: Ars magica 2, Colossal chest, SFM reborn, Modular powersuits and Mekanism.

I've found this problem (after a lot of testing) where I can't autocraft things with AE2 when I have items in a certain slot in my inventory (It's also not the same slot for everyone on the server.). Is there anything that I can do about this? It is really frustrating not being able to craft after everytime you have sorted your inventory.
