Adding Tinkers Construct

Trying to add Tinkers Construct in to ultimate so I changed the ID for Xeno's empty void tear and now the error I get is:

2013-04-25 16:46:46 [INFO] [STDERR] java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Slot 0 is already occupied by xeno.reliquary.blocks.BlockAltar@3fdb6ba5 when adding xeno.reliquary.blocks.BlockAltar@5e783e63
 
Ah sorry I've actually already got it all worked out. I've found out though if you've already started a world with Xeno's you can't change any of the ID's without it causing problems. You just have to work out one or two of the item IDs. The tricky thing with them is they take up several dozen IDs secretly. The IDs cannot go above 31743 I believe.

Well it isn't too difficult to change the ID's to retrofit a mod to an already created world. It's certainly not fun though lol

Yeah it wasn't hard it just took me awhile to figure out that Xeno's IDs cannot be modified.
 
Is there a Video or something that shows how to do this? i have no idea where to start. any help is appreciated
