Added Draconium Evolution to Direwolf. Cant get the ore to spawn.. (Help required)

So I installed draconic evolution to my direwolf20 server and I cant seem to get the ore to spawn. I've got no idea what to do? Anyone that can help?
Sorry if this is the wrong section, as I think it might be, but this is really the only place I see that I can really put it.
 
#1: You will need to travel to new chunks unless you find a way to retro-gen.
#2: Draconium is insanely rare in the Overworld/Twilight Forest, just kind of rare in the Nether, and abundant in the End. Also see #1.
#3: If you have not progressed that far, or don't mind losing progression in the dimensions, you can regenerate the Nether, Twilight Forest and the End by deleting the files from your server and allowing them
to regenerate from scratch. You could also do this with the Overworld, but if you are doing that, you may as well just restart your map.

You might be able to use the config from COFHcore to retrogen your ores. You may have to add it into the json file and enable those json files to overwrite Vanilla generation, but I'm not sure that's actually needed. Unfortunately, my only experience in using the retrogen option was when dealing with personally modified jsons.
