Add some mods to Direwolf

can you say me if it is possible to add Steve Carts, Railcraft and Logistic Pipes to Direwolf, please ?

Of course! It is always possible to add mods to any pack yourself. If you need help, you can look up a tutorial, or you may be able to figure it out yourself as it's pretty straightforward.
