Summary of the problem Achievement book file broke

Pack Version 3.0.8

What is the bug? When i try to look at the achievements it says "no achievements found-check file encoding" i checked the config and it all looks fine. i dont know what is wrong

Is it repeatable? i dont know what i did to cause it
