Access Is Denied Error in Console

I tried to launch/download the Direwolf_20 1.6.4 modpack last night and I get this in the console http://pastebin.com/BtB32cqh

I know it isn't a java problem since I only have one java version installed as this is a new computer. I am running as admin and it still isn't fixing the problem, but that shouldn't matter since I have UAC off anyway. I have had this problem in the past and it was easily fixed by running as admin, but I have no clue what the problem is.

Also, I checked the server status for FTB and all the servers say they are offline, but that can't be right with so many people able to download and play the modpacks.

Anyone know a solution that I haven't tried?

The error listed is caused by having multiple versions of Java installed. Remove all versions, but the latest 64bit version. Remove all 32bit versions as well.

I guess it's not clear enough, I ONLY HAVE JAVA 7 UPDATE 45 INSTALLED!!! But I will try to uninstall and reinstall it and see if that fixes the issue. And yes, it is the 64 bit version.

Please no need to yell. You are just about to loose help from me if you continue to yell. This error at the moment has only one known cause and that is having multiple versions of Java installed. I know you want this fixed and we are attempting to help. How did it make it worse the error is the same?

Please try this uninstall all versions of Java, even the 32bit versions, and delete any corresponding folders that may have Java installed, back them up to be safe. This will flush Java out of your system. Now restart. After the restart install only the 64bit version of Java 7 update 45.
