A way to prevent grief using items

Has anyone found a way to stop things like Turtles, Graviguns and Portal guns from being able to bypass the various forms of grief prevention?

Looks like the main issue is none of those items run as a fake users so none of the protections work against them. Would love to hear if someone has figured a way around that other than just disabling them.
 
Graviguns and portalguns have a whitelist of blocks, in the CFG. Takes a while, but if you only want spawners to move, you can make it move nothing else.
There is also a fuel requirement you can set in place so they don't get something for nothing.

(note to self, suggest separated whitelists for regular and super grav gun to give more reasons for the upgrade)
