Sooo i have a modpack idea which kinda focuses on a certain mod but the mod author is from Japan and can't speak in English. Someone else translated the mod and distributed it in the English forums. He said that he allows the mod to be in a modpack but i'm a little worried about it xD
I looked at the guidelines and it's safe to say that the mod i want to add requires permission but is it fine to ask the person who translated it for permission or do i have to go and ask the original mod author who is Japanese for permission?
The person who translated it have the rights to distribute and allow permissions for the mod but i kinda want to double check ^^;;
