A certain Sky Factory 3 mod/texture

Hey, not sure if this should be in this section but,

In Sky Factory 3 there's a mod (or texture edit?) that makes your overworld sky look like this

Now my question is, which mod (or texture edit) makes the sky look like this?

Fairly certain Botania's config file has a setting to turn on/off this skybox effect too.
