Check out these pre-alpha videos for 7 Days to Die, a new and from what I see the first potentially great, zombie survival game.
It is kind of a mix of Minecraft and DayZ. Rather than explaining the similarities myself, just watch the videos and you will see it for yourself:

I watched a few episodes of an LP of 7 Days to Die in pre-alpha. looks like it has a lot of potential. I think I'll hold off on getting the kickstart though.
