What is the bug? when ever i try to run this mod pack it uses 8 gb of my ram i only have 8 gb and 6 gb on server i can barley play it with ought it crashing

Update to 3.0.6.
I'm assuming you're trying to run the server and client on the same machine. How much RAM does your system have? Try 4 GB to client and 4 GB to server, launching the server first.
Also, for future reference, this should probably be in Tech Support, not the modpack bug reporting sub forum

o ok but i have a dedicated server with 6 gbs of ram but me and my friend both run out of memory then windows closes stuff

In the future, say that. Run the pack on 6 gb if 4 didn't work. Please post a log as well.

To add to that, 6 gig can crash if you only have 8gig of ram on system.
