What is the bug:
When viewing the drops for the Uncommon Lootbag, it shows that you are able to get a reinforced watering can from the bags. However, in the configuration file for what drops can come from the bags, the reinforced watering can does not show up.

Can it be repeated:
Left click the Reinforced Watering can in NEI and use the arrows to go the uncommon lootbag page and you'll see that the reinforced watering can should still be a reward from opening the lootbag, but it is not possible to get the drop.
