What is the bug:
Thermal Expansion - Augment: Stabilized Frame (4579:113)
I cannot craft this successfully using the shown formula.
2 Bronze Ingots (4433:73)
2 Glowstone Dust (348)
2 Fused Quartz (1354)
3 Wool (35)
NEI fails to put these items into the crafting grid.
If I manually load them up, the recipe yields nothing.

While the level 1 augment (4579:112) can be crafted, the level 2 augment (4579:113) cannot.
Known Fix:
