What is the bug:
When placing Leaves into a ex-nihlio barrel from the second hot bar w/ dual hotbars when the stack runs out your game will crash.

I experienced this same thing with the ex-nihilo barrel as well as running things through a sieve. Also have the dual hotbar.

This is a known issue for Inventory Tweaks. The Inventory Tweaks dev has stated (Issue #263 on their github) that Dual Hotbar is not supported when using the auto-refill feature.

If you disable the auto-refill option in Inventory Tweaks the client crashes should stop.
