What is the bug:
The crafting of the Broken Comprilla is not working (for me?) since the apothecary doesn't accept the flint thrown at it.
In the link below there seem to have been the same issue in the modpack Infinity Evolved Skyblock 1.7.10; which later got fixed in a patch.

Can it be repeated:
Yes the issue is (always) reccurring when dropping flint onto a water-filled apothecary. Does not matter whether other petals are placed before it or not.
