Open 2.4.2: runic matrix mostly free? 2.5.0

What is the bug:
so i went to make the runic matrix and uppon completing it i get all the botania runes back along with the runic matrix. is this a glitch or intentional? i cant see this being "working as intended" lol. i made two this way to check to see if it was a one time thing and it worked twice. edit: also expert mode

runes are given back when used for crafting with the altar, so it's not a bug.

That is the tough part with mods. The changes come so hard and fast from them at times that it is near impossible to keep up.

I was playing with nightshades and saw that they didn't seam to lose efficiency by being next to each other any more. I haven't tried hyngragias in a while. They were always tough for me to figure out if they were going to drink the water or not.
