Open 2.3.3: [Bug] Unable to craft Ender IO Enticing crystal, normal mode

What is the bug:
When using the soul binder, with power and 38 levels of XP in it, I am unable to craft the enticing crystal using an emerald and Soul Vial - Villager.

It allows me to put the emerald in but not the Soul Vial or I can put the soul vial in but not the emerald.

There is no log or errors associated, it just fails to work.

Yes. Does not work under any condition so far.

did u try turning it off and on again? ... or just disconnect and reconnect I hat this problem with some items on a few occasions and that fixed it

Tried, logging in and out, breaking and replacing, restarting the server.

The issue still remains.
