What is the bug:
While on a book crafting spree, I found the Florist's Encyclopedia (and it's Reinforced variant) in the NEI and made them.
As it has been replaced by the Field Kit, the Florist's Encyclopedia does nothing, and does not work when used on even vanilla flowers.

Botany - FE ; Binne Core - Field Kit

Should be repeatable by making the book and running around clicking plants.
Known Fix:
Since the Field Kit is a thing, it probably just needs to have its recipes pulled.
