Details of the issue:

Spontaneous crashes in the Nether. Not really sure what's causing it but just by reading the report, it could be an issue with EnderIO and Optifine and/or Forestry? Not sure why it would only happen in the Nether, though.​

I will try disabling Fastcraft/Advanced Solars per suggestions in the other threads - thanks for linking those. I don't think my crashes seem to be at the exact same coordinates but it does appear to be in a general area, so maybe it's just when something particular gets loaded in. I'll try it some more.
