15 Chunk problems

Hi all im a new FTB server owner and im learning on the way here but i have some strange problems.

i have 2 crash loggs here i cant translate i have solved every other problem i have got on this server but now its just keeps adding up.

we have disabled these mods computer craft, xycraft, mystcraft, chicken chunk, dynmap-1.6, dynmap-1.7, ee3.

dont relly know why just these mods are disabled becaus im not the regular guy who know this technical stuff hes on a weekend.
