10k coolant cell won't go into crafting table.

Hi guys i'm trying to make 60k Nak coolant cells but the 10k coolant cell will not go into the crafting table automatically with pipes...it gets to it then rejects it. i had the same problem with water buckets being rejected earlier. i am running a MCPC server with FTB ultimate...i switched to the MCPC server due to fps drops but everything is working just fine besides that.
Please help i'm new to minecraft but would like to make a 360k NaK coolant from scratch and this one item has had me pounding my head for 2 days, ive tried the Advanced Crafting table (laser one)but it locks up randomly so that's a no go...and the blue topped one spits out the water cell only...the X.A.C.T table but i can't get a filter to pull the crafted item (not sure it will craft by itself) and the Automatic crafting table MKII doesn't recognize the resipe (note this is the way i was able to craft with the water buckets earlier) was hoping it would work for this step also.Please help guys thank you.

Ok i got it, turns out i should have gone to bed (user error) the Crafting table mkII worked just needed to place the items in the right spots. The laser would just stop working unless i grabbed an item and moved it inside...trying to make it automatic tho. I'll try and get a video up of my um..project.I'm new to minecraft and learning as i go but so far i have a 7k eu/t nuclear reactor that should be self sustaining... but i'm not sure what happens when the timer counts down..is that the end or a cool down period or do i need to replace the Plutonium?
