Problem 1 Friend cannot connect but rest can?

• What OS are you running?

Server is hosted on Windows 7 64 bit, the person who cannot connect is also windows 7 64 bit

• Are you using minecraft hosting provider or a dedicated/local server not designed for minecraft?

Local server, Every other friend can connect

• What version of FTB are you using? (Dont just say latest tell us the version)

Direwolf20 modpack with Launcher version 1.2.2 and modpack version 1.4.7 (Server is also updated)

• Did you add any mods to the server pack?

No mods are added server side or client side.
No config files are altered either

• What are your server specs?

4GB RAM DDR3
Intel celron(r) Duel-Core @ 2.00GHz
Intigrated graphics card

• A good detailed paragraph about the problem

Basically I have a server setup from my laptop every other friend can connect but one. His java version is 7 and the correct bit version.
