1 B/RF a tick in Sky Factory 3 and doesn't work with my specified way. Can anyone help?

Hey guys! So I was working on a project to achieve 1b/RF a tick in Sky Factory 3 but it doesn't work. I got the idea was from Ssundees Sky Factory Episode (35). I followed all the steps in the video, but it only worked once. And that one time it worked, it produced 250M RF/tick for like 10 seconds, then it stopped and now it doesn't work. Every time I put the Nether Stars in the Generator, they don't do anything and no energy is made.

I really need your help! Thanks!
 
Any chance the energy storage you're trying to use is full, or you're over-saturating whatever cables you're using to send power?

First of all, thanks for responding, and second, my storage unit is not full, it only has 3B RF stored in it, out of 2.14T RF. Also I'm not using cables, I'm using flux plugs and flux points. The flux points (the red ones) are connected to the Phantom Energyfaces, which are connected to the Energy Pylon. And the is 1 flug plug connected to 6 Phantom Faces. Just like in Ssundees Skyfactory Episode (35).

Flux plugs / points have a max transfer of Integer.MAX_VALUE (roughly 2 billion), thus the Flux plugs / points choke when feed into / out of the Draconic Energy Store. The trick is to connect the Flux plugs / points to a Draconic RF IO crystals, and connect the Draconic crystals to the Draconic Energy Store for "basic" RF transfer.
 
Check the cables/transfer method you are using. I am betting you are maxed out on throughput.
