Open 1.8.2: Infinity 1.10.1: Cant craft with Creosote Oil

What is the bug:
I have create a Coke Oven from Railcraft and it have the Creosote Oil from Railcraft but if i put it in a bucket then i have a "Bucket of Creosote Oil" from Immersive Engineering and i cant create "Wooden Tie"...
