What is the bug:
The Dw20 1.8.0 update saw a change to IC2 where the metadata on some items changed when crafted. Fuel Rods and 10k Coolant Cells made before the update no longer stack or can be used.
The problem is that IC2 nuclear control uses some items, such as 10k coolant cells, in recipes - for items such as the Range Extender, with the old metadata values that can no longer be attained, and the items cannot be crafted.
