This is a new Pack that allows for galactic exploration with realism. Yes, enviromine is installed along with fastcraft. I will add more details here soon. I have a bug tracking report in place I will post the links and spoilers in the next few days.

Welcome intrepid travelers. Spread out and explore the universe in this new pack. With many new planets to explore and colonize you wont run out of adventure.
This pack contains Fastcraft, by Player, enabled by default. Fastcraft enhances Minecraft with increased performance. Bug reports being made directly to Mod Authors should state Fastcraft is enabled.
You can keep or delete the server that is listed, or you can download the server and make your own. It is your call. This pack has an economy system in place so you can use the trade-o-mat and build a server economy.
