Open 1.3.4: Infinity 1.4.0 - getAllStacks function no longer working

What is the bug:
Version of the pack is actually 1.4.0. Turtle program for pulling certain item IDs from a chest no longer works. Tracked it down to the getAllStacks function. It is returns a null table with no data in it. It used to return a table that had item name and quantity damage value and a few others things.

Can it be repeated:
Yes, repeated on a MP server and in a single player test world.

Known Fix:
Rolling the modpack version back to 1.3.4 does fix the issue.

OK doing some research on the github for OpenPeripherals revealed this fix. Use getAllStacks(false) instead of getAllStacks(). For more detail see this https://github.com/OpenMods/OpenPeripheral/issues/236

The post also mentions the issue has been fixed and will be included in the next release of OpenPeripherals.
