Open 1.3.4: CHunk Not saving/restoring

What is the bug:
We are running Infinity 1.3.4 or a cauldron server. When said player unloads his hunks "Teleporting away" His one specific chunk seems to not save? and it restores the area? Here is the only error that my logs are pushing out. This is all the info that I have. I have no plugins that would be causing this issue. Any ideas?

Getting the same issue, using Cauldron M1710-F1307-B218 (Minecraft 1.7.10, Forge 1307, Build 218). My error log is slightly different but that is most likely because we are using different server jars. This is becoming a major issue, teleporting away from your base only to come back and have all progress be wiped in your last chunk.
