What is the bug:
First: Despite created the most ideal spawn locations for wolves and ocelots, they do not appear to be spawning in the game world. All other passive and hostile mobs are appearing as normal. Have spent hours on this with no luck.
Second: Lights or light trails created by Thaumic Tinkerer 2 Hyperenergetic Nitor and Leggings of the Burning Mantle do not go away, leaving light sources that do not go away. Even after covering up the block containing the phantom light source, the light reappears soon after the block is removed.

For wolves and ocelots, attempts have been made to find these mobs for 6+ hours with no results by farming specific biomes which should produce them and creating ideal conditions for passive mob spawning in these biomes.
For the lights, the light sources in question were created during multiple uses of the listed items, so it did not happen during a single use.
