Open 1.2.0: FTB Infinity 1.2.1 Fatal Server Crash

What is the bug:
I logged into the server and proceeded to explode with the death message you receive when you are killed by unstable ingots. My friend loaded the world in MCEdit to see if it was a corrupted chunk or block, but couldn't find anything. I tried to launch it without Extra utilities (as that is the mod unstable ingots are from), But that still didnt work, and the same happened to my friend. Has anyone had this problem before? Thanks in advance!

We didn't get a chance to, the server crashed before we could :/ We've also attempted to open the world in single player, but the same happened there.
