What is the bug:
The aqueous accumulator has suddenly stopped pumping out water to my steam dynamos, it works in one specific block location, however it refuses to work anywhere else, I'm unsure of why as i have the set up for my second and third one as identical to the first but they refuse to give water to the dynamo.
