What is the bug:
When re-organizing my base I decided to use the sign creator on my Logistics Pipe crafting pipes. All the signs seem to be fine (as can be seen in the seen in the second picture) but when I try to place a sign on a pipe auto-crafting combustion engines the game instantly crashes completely closing minecraft.
Tested to see if it was the network (somehow) creating the crash, so I placed a crafting block (forgot what it is called) and a crafting pipe with the combustion engine as the recipe and when I attempted to place a sign it also crashed the game.
Mod & Version:
Logistics Pipes v: 0.9.3.114 & Biuldcraft v: 7.1.16

Can it be repeated:
Yes, has been repeated in original world three times (crashing each time instantly), and again in a creative test world also crashing instantly.
Known Fix:
When wearing the HUD glasses the recipe is fine and the combustion engine symbol (icon) displays fine, i.e. only crashes when a sign is placed.
