Open 1.1.0: Could not get provider type for dimension 16, does not exist

What is the bug:
When i try to login to my server when im in a mystcraft age
i get the following error on my client side: http://pastebin.com/HHHd9Rgj

i have tryed to update to 1.2.0 still happns
also i have moved my world from my server to my pc
and when i do that i can use the world like no probs at all

so its only happening on my server
also my server will not crash its only saying that i lose connection

yes on my server this can be repeated eazy donno on other servers

Known Fix:
i have fixed the issu i have right now i had my agedata for mystcraft so the agedata_1000.dat stuff to high right now i stay under the agedata_100 and its working again
so if you have probs with me see what you have for the .dat files for mystcraft i think when there number is to hight it will crash

ow yeah also when i delete my player data i can login again and when i go to the age it works
when i logout and back in when i'm in a mystcraft age it crashes again

I have been having this issue on my server as well. The only thing I can do is tp the person out of the age as soon as they start to log onto the server. I haven't been able to find out what is causing this issue. Hopefully someone here has had this happen and knows howto fix it.
