What is the bug:
I've noticed that in a lot of the mods, i experience quite a bit of render lag when around large amounts of barrels/storage monitors, and transparent mod-added blocks (such as ender io conduits).

When chunks are loading, I can see that the barrel/storage monitor "screens" are still being rendered, as well as with the conduits, and as you could probably assume, in a compact base with a whole bunch of those stuffs, it can get pretty laggy.

Can it be repeated:
Place a whole bunch of conduits and barrels with ittems in them. No processing needed, no TPS lag.
