Version:
1.0.3

What is the bug:
Creating a new mystcraft age is causing timeouts on the server and shuts it down without generating a crash report. The ages work and when we are lucky we can enter them but generating terrain causes such massive tick delay that staying inside an age is impossible. We get booted from the server with a "timed out" message and the server itself lags itself into a complete stall. Making us unable to actually log in again.

RAM and permgen are both set to recommended values (4G and 256M) and more is available if needed.

Edit: Running Java 7 we were able to make the age run stable, but returning to the overworld caused the same timed out behaviour

command line:
java -server -Xms6144m -Xmx8192m -XX:permSize=768m -XX:+UseParNewGC -XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC -jar FTBServer-1.7.10-1272.jar nogui

Edit: After attempting alternate dimensions, both the deep dark and the twilight forest showed the same behaviour

Mod & Version:
All nonstandard dimensions

Paste.feed-the-beast.com log:

Can it be repeated:
Yes, with varying results on time we can actually stay inside the age untill the server stops

Known Fix:

mystcraft is making a map and using server resources to do so. This is whats making the lag and the time outs.

Check earlie rposts on mystcraft here, the TL;DR is that mystcraft is not stable enough to rely upon in this pack due to ore gen and other issues.

It's not just mystcraft, I can live without mystcraft but no deep dark and no twilight forest is a bloody shame. The nether and the overworld are the only dimensions that are stable enough to enter and exit at will
