What is the bug:
Several times through the playthrough, I have lost all my morphs. This occurs rarely and I do not know the cause. Of the three members of the server, this has only happened to me, and has occurred 5 or six times. Additional problems with morphs have occurred regarding changing the max health of a player even when out of morph. If anyone has any ideas, please tell me.

Morph tends to be a bit buggy of it's own right, such as suffocating in walls as you go between creatures. But this sounds like an issue with your player data. Does the console log say anything about it when you log in?
 
Could it be some one blacklists you then removes you?
There is a config setting for it.
