1.0.3: FTB error effects everyone of server

What is the bug:
Getting this error. NOt sure what causing it.

I have changed no config files.

We can fix it only if someone is able to join atfer wards. we then teleport someone before they crash again and then they join next time fine.

Also reset my whole server's configs and seems to be ok now.
