1.0.3: Extra Bees Mutator not working

What is the bug:
Mutator does not work. Can be crafted, fits into alveary and will accept and consume materials just as it is supposed to. However, it has no effect on the cross-breeding of the bees. I have tried multiple times with mutators ensuring over 100% success rate, but to no success.

Can it be repeated:
yes. seems to have no effect with any mutator reagent.

none
 
Glad to see I'm not the only one testing out forestry to its fullest in this modpack. I'm very concerned at this point that the forestry mod is almost unplayable given the host of bugs I've seen so far in this version of the modpack.
