What is the bug:
It is extremly rare to see a hostile mob in the overworld. Nether mobs still spawn and last i checked twlight forest spawned. But vanilla overworld mobs are not spawning properly.
I have literally only changed two configs.
Chisel factory blocks craft 8 instead of 32
Morph passive hostile ability enabled with the option that same mobs as your morph are passive others arent.
The server is on hard mode.
