What is the bug:
I have tried many approaches to connecting computercraft with different peripherals such as such as energyCells, chests and Thaumcraft jars. They will not connect, I have tried wired modems, but when i right click the modem attached to the peripheral it will not turn on. I have even tried the peripheral proxy

Attach a wired modem to a peripheral and it will not connect. nor will the code for detecting adjacent peripherals work
