What is the bug:
When the server is started all mekanism cables and conduit seem to stop working i have to rip up all the universal cables and mechanical cables and replace them all to get my power system going again. Mechanical moving lava and the universal RF.

Seems to happen just about every time i restart my server. and of course i don't think about it til my machines run outa power.
Known Fix:
No know fix other than re-placing all the affected cables/pipes
