1.0.2: Botania Mana Spreaders don't work.

What is the bug:
I just don't know what else to say. One day I logged in to server, and discovered that none of mana spreaders are working. It was fine before, I had a lot of things working. Now, bursts don't shoot. It displays direction (little "shadow" bursts while holding wand) but no bursts. And no, I'm not out of mana. I placed phantom focuses on them, I tried elven spreaders also. Redstone spreaders work, but it is not a really good workaround.

Like I said, it is possible to use Redstone Spreaders, but..

Just updated to 1.0.3, now things are became much more strange. I could write a whole bunch of research about it, but I don't think that it will help too much. Shortly, now it is completely random, burst may shoot through, may not reach or overreach destination, or may not work at all. May be there is a way to reset all the system? I don't see many people with this problem, so it is probably my world specific.
