What is the bug:
I've tried setting up both the Ritual of Feathered Knife and Well of Suffering and both are staying at the base LP generation with 60 runes of self sacrifice or runes of sacrifice (respectively).
Example of LP generation using Well of Suffering + 60 Rune of Sacrifice in T5 alter with Cursed Earth mob generation starting with 0 LP:
